  • Cancel all your missing registered credit, debit and store cards and arrange replacements to be sent to you. If you are in the UK call 0800 414 717 or reverse the charges from anywhere else in the world by calling +44 (0) 239 265 2222.
 
  • Cover you against fraudulent use of your missing cards when you notify us within 24 hours of discovering the loss. We’ll also give you up to £100 to replace the missing handbag, wallet, purse and/or briefcase your cards were in.
 
  • Replace any missing cash lost at the same time whilst abroad.
 
  • Extend these benefits to all members of your household at no extra cost.
 
  • Advance you up to £3,000 for travel tickets to cover you and your eligible household members loss, up to £3,000 to pay for hotel bills if you are stranded abroad, up to £750 emergency cash for transport charges, plus up to £1,000 emergency cash (£100 minimum if in the UK). Advances are subject to status.
 
  • Assist you in getting temporary travel documents abroad if your passport is lost or stolen.
 
  • Help you recover any lost keys or luggage through our retrieval service using a unique reference number that helps to reunite you with your property should it go missing.
 
  • Notify your card isuers if your address changes.

Is someone making fraudulent use of your credit details?
This growing crime starts with what is known as 'Identity Theft'. This is when someone steals your personal documents or information. 'Identity fraud' is when this person makes use of your details - to obtain money, goods or services in your name. Nowadays fraudsters can even get access to your existing accounts!
Identity Theft Insurance is one important step you can take to ensure that you're protected against this type of fraud. Identity Theft Insurance cover up to £5,000 is available to help you with many of the costs associated with regaining your identity. Additionally, if you are a victim of identity theft, you'll have access to our Identity fraud resolution services designed to provide both instruction or assistance in resolving the theft of your identity and information to help minimise the confusion that can resolve from this difficult situation.

With Identity Theft insurance you have access to:
  • Up to £5,000 reimbursement should your identity ever be stolen
  • Up to £1,000 lost wages (£166 per week for up to 6 weeks)
